Still ruby with good transparency. The nose is immediately chestnut. More airy than its predecessor, more evolved despite being a year younger, with additional pot-pourri notes. The alcohol is very well balanced revealing itself only indirectly with notes of coffee liqueur and under-ripe cherry. From the best grapes of the Cru \u201cPalazzo\u201d comes this Riserva, which, thanks also to the great reference vintage, is decidedly more ready and complex than the previous wine. The nose has aromas of blackberries and blueberries, bay leaves, pipe tobacco, humus, black spices, cedarwood and rhubarb. On the palate its alcoholic empire is masterfully modulated by an important acid shoulder. The tannins are vivid but well melded within the structure of the wine, which flows quickly to an interminable fruity persistence. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
